Brian Lee is a licensed and fully-insured Building Contractor in North Carolina (License #77391) with a focus on residential construction.
Brian began working in hardscaping, before becoming a carpenter. He worked for years with a General Contractor in North Carolina on custom renovations and new builds. He then followed his now wife to New York City and worked as a carpenter for a rooftop garden and living space company. While there, he worked on projects at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, local restaurants, and celebrity penthouses.
After moving back to North Carolina, Brian founded Cackalacky Carpentry in 2014. Brian is now a fully licensed and insured building contractor. He has developed a great team of subcontractors and craftsmen who work together to build clients' dream homes. Having built a wide variety of projects, from historic renovations to highly-efficient modern homes, Brian is well-suited to take on the challenges of any build.
Brian lives with his wife in Hillsborough, where he was also born and raised.
